Since the beginning of his career, owner Josh Shaffer, has been trained to uphold a standard of excellence unparalleled in the RV industry. He has years of hands-on training and industry education with leading manufacturers like Jayco, Newmar, and Keystone. Josh has the expertise and knowledge to properly diagnose and repair the complex systems in your RV.

Josh actively maintains his Certification through the RV Technical Institute by completing continuing education courses to stay up to date with the latest products from Suburban, Lippert, Aqua-Hot, and others.
